Returns & Restocking Policy

At Hedrick Pro, we provide fire safety equipment of the highest caliber. To maintain inventory integrity and ensure compliance with safety regulations, all returns are governed by the following terms:

1. Return Authorization & Eligibility

All returns require prior written approval. Contact us at [email protected] with your Original Invoice Number to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

  • Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, in original manufacturer’s packaging, and suitable for immediate resale.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without an RGA will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the critical nature of fire suppression equipment, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Dated Goods: Fire extinguishers and tanks.

  • Mechanical Components: Gas valves (e.g., GV-125 series) and related hardware.

  • Hazardous Materials: Any products classified as Hazmat.

  • Custom Orders: Items fabricated to client specifications.

  • Compromised Seals: Any product with a broken seal or evidence of installation is a final sale.

  • Clearance: Sale items.

4. Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This is waived only for shipping errors or documented product defects.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

5. Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Hedrick Pro reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the "resellable condition" criteria upon arrival at our facility.
