STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Credit Terms

Credit terms are net 30 days from the invoice date for approved accounts with established credit through our credit department.
Accounts without credit approval, those exceeding their credit limit, or accounts with past-due balances must pay by credit card at the time of purchase.

A 2% monthly finance charge will be applied to all past-due balances as specified on the HedrickPro website.

There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned checks.
Accepted credit cards include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Prices

All prices are effective as of 7/18/2025 and supersede any previous price lists, catalogs, or quotations.
Prices, specifications, and product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.

Hedrick Fire Protection / HedrickPro reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

Shipping

We do our best to keep shipping costs fair and transparent. Our goal is to provide the most cost-effective and reliable delivery possible.

Small Item Orders:
Orders totaling over $500 (before tax) that contain small items will ship free within the Continental U.S. as long as they DO NOT contain hazmat, chemicals, or Fire Extinguishers.
Large or Bulky Items:
Larger or bulky products such as fire extinguishers, recharge agent, hazardous materials, fire cabinets, fire extinguisher stands, fire hoses, fire hose racks and reels, HD vehicle brackets, grease filters, duct access doors, system cylinders, and similar items do not qualify for free shipping.

For these orders, we will calculate the lowest available shipping cost and charge only our cost — with no markup.
You will receive a shipping invoice or quote within 48 hours after submitting your order.
Pallet Orders:
Orders exceeding $5,000 and shipped on standard-size pallets will ship free by a carrier of our choice within the Continental U.S.
Bulky Item Definition:
“Bulky” items are generally large, heavy, or hazardous materials that require special handling, packaging, or freight services.
Hedrick Fire Protection / Hedrick Pro reserves the right to update or modify the list of items considered “bulky” at any time without prior notice.
Drop Ship: Items that are drop shipped direct from the manufacture may be subject to shipping cost and taxes. We will only charge what the manufacture charges us.

Special Orders

“Special Orders” refer to items not normally stocked in our inventory and sourced specifically for a customer.
Special Orders are not returnable and are shipped freight prepaid based on the customer’s chosen delivery method.

Returns

Returns due to customer error will be accepted, subject to freight charges associated with the return.
Returns due to company error will be accepted at no cost to the customer.

Please contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Include your invoice number with any return request.

Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
All returns must be completed within 14 days of the invoice date.
“Special Orders” are non-returnable.

Warranty

Hedrick Fire Protection / HedrickPro (the “Company”) makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, regarding items ordered from the Company.

Manufacturer warranties (if any) vary by item and manufacturer. Such warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In the event of a product defect, the Company’s sole obligation and liability are limited to replacement of the defective product. This replacement obligation supersedes any other warranty, express or implied.

California Proposition 65 Warning

Some products sold by Hedrick Fire Protection / Hedrick Pro may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Hedrick Fire Protection / Hedrick Pro advises all customers to use products responsibly and follow all manufacturer safety instructions.

Minimum Billing

There is no minimum order requirement.
Hedrick Fire Protection / HedrickPro is dedicated to serving every customer — whether your order is large or small.
