The Amerex Horn/Strobe Alarm 21396 is a combined horn and strobe alarm unit for the Amerex KP kitchen fire suppression system. Operating on 120 VAC, the horn/strobe activates on system discharge to provide both audible and visible alarm notification in the kitchen, alerting personnel to evacuate and that suppression is active. For connection to the MRM auxiliary switch output. UL listed. Required by NFPA 96 to provide occupant notification on system actuation.
